Warranty – Terms and Conditions
The Products offered by My Frame S.r.l. comply with national and EU legislation in force in Italy. My Frame S.r.l. guarantees that the products are free from manufacturing faults and defects.
The warranty on NEW products is provided for a period of 24 (TWENTY-FOUR) months from the date of purchase for the Consumers natural persons and 12 (TWELVE) months from the date of purchase for consumers legal entities. The warranty on USED products is 12 (TWELVE) months from the date of purchase both for consumers legal entities and individuals.
The guarantee is offered only to the original purchaser of the product and cannot be extended to third parties.
Damages resulting from accidents, tampering, negligence, abuse or improper use, failure to assemble the product by an authorized LOSA retailer (authorized dealers and distributors: https://www.losadealers.com ), lack of maintenance carried out according to what is reported in the use and maintenance manual (see maintenance program at the link: https://telailosa.com/garanzia-manutenzioni-ordinarie/ ), corrosion, incorrect assembly, inadequate repairs, use of non-compatible spare parts or accessories , modifications not recommended and approved by the Company, normal wear and deterioration of the materials, failure to comply with the instructions for use, are excluded from the warranty. All materials to which the product identification markings (logos, decals, etc.) have been removed are excluded from the warranty.
In case of lack of conformity of the Products purchased with respect to the description published on the Site and in the event of a defective Product, the Customer must follow the returns management procedure present at the link https://telailosa.com/garanzia-resi/ ; if the non-conformity or defectiveness of the Product is confirmed, the Customer will have the right exclusively to repair the goods (if repairable) or to replace the goods. The product recognized as faulty will be repaired, if possible, or replaced by the Company free of charge, with exclusion of any shipping, assembly and disassembly costs that will be charged to the customer . In any case, repair, replacement or reimbursement is excluded if it is found that the Product has been tampered with or modified by the Customer or by whom.
In no case, My Frame S.r.l., its agents, resellers or distributors will respond to the customer or third parties for any damage caused.
Any disputes arising from this warranty or from the use of the purchased product will be governed by current legislation.
